I asked Linda: What do you think about driving to Charleston AFB and getting on a USAF Cargo Plane to Europe? She said where are we going? I said I don't know......Spain, Germany, Italy, England or some other place our military aircraft travel. Well, she said, where will we stay? I said I don't know, because I don't know where we are going. When are we going to come home?, she asked. I don't know that either. I have very little information, other than the fact, we shall take the first C-17 traveling OCONUS (Out of continental US). Our planned departure date will be around March 3rd thru March 7. If we can't catch a "hop" by then, we will come home.
